Akber Ali Sadruddin

Chairman & Founder, Principal Engineer

Mr. Ali is a 1981 graduate of Prince of Wales Engineering College with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis. Mr. Ali did his diploma of associate engineer in 1974. Mr. Ali performed structural designs for projects across the United States and abroad. Now as an owner of his own firm, Mr. Ali utilizes his years of experience and implements his own style and leadership to do the same and beyond. Mr. Ali has over 50 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry. Mr. Ali is an expert at Single- Family, Multi-Family, residential and commercial construction. His work experience provides a broad understanding of project management, quality control, scheduling, blueprints and specifications.

Ally Akber Ali

President & Co-Founder, Acquisition and Land Development

Ally Junior is a 2016 graduate of the University of Houston Downtown and a 2019 graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock with a Masters in economics. Ally has 10 years of experience in the construction industry with specialisation in single family and multi family residential housing developments.

Muhammed Abbas

Site Engineer

Mr. Muhammad Abbas completed his Matriculation in 2005 from Karakoram International University and earned his Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering in 2010. With over 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, Mr. Abbas has contributed to various residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. His practical expertise spans project supervision, structural detailing, site management, and quality assurance. Drawing from his field experience, Mr. Abbas brings a hands-on approach to civil engineering challenges, ensuring projects meet both technical specifications and client expectations.

Zaheer Abbas

Civil Engineer

With over 12 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy, teaching, and applied research, I specialize in providing practical, results-driven solutions for infrastructure and development projects. My work spans both public and private sector clients, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning and have been involved in a wide range of projects across geotechnical, structural, and construction engineering disciplines with National Engineering Services.

Mehboob Ali

Civil Draftsman, Architect

Highly skilled civil AutoCAD draftsman with 18 years of experience in creating detailed drawings and designs for civil engineering projects proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. My expertise is in creating detailed drawings and designs for architecture, civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and other software. I collaborated with engineering and other stakeholders and completion of designs developed and maintained a thorough understanding of project requirements and specifications. I specify any experience in particular industries like architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, solve technical problems, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. My professional certification is in AutoCAD with drafting.
